These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cn999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, accessing any portion of the cn999 website, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

cn999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement governing your use of cn999. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

If you access cn999 on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms. cn999 targets the Bangladesh market and all content, payment methods, and customer support are provided in English for the benefit of Bangladesh-based players.

To be eligible to open and operate a cn999 account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. Players aged under 18 are strictly prohibited from using any part of the cn999 platform.
2. You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
3. You are accessing the platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
4. You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close relative of an employee or contractor of cn999 or any of its affiliated game providers.

6. You have not been self-excluded from cn999 or any affiliated gambling platform and your self-exclusion period remains active.

cn999 conducts age and identity verification using documentation provided at registration. We may request additional supporting documents at any time, including government-issued photo identification (National ID, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by cn999 will result in suspension of the account and may result in permanent closure.

cn999 uses technical and procedural controls designed to prevent underage access. However, it is also the responsibility of parents and guardians to ensure that minors do not access online gambling services. We strongly recommend the use of parental control software where children share devices with adults.

Age Verification Process

All new registrations are subject to an age verification check. Where automated checks are inconclusive, manual document review will be conducted by the cn999 compliance team. Accounts that cannot be verified as belonging to an individual aged 18 or above will be suspended immediately. Any funds deposited into an unverified or underage account will be returned to the original payment source, net of any withdrawal processing fees incurred, and all wagering activity will be voided.

Registration Requirements

You warrant that all information provided at registration and throughout your account lifetime is truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure without refund of any promotional funds.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active cn999 account only. Duplicate accounts — whether created under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same mobile payment method, or any other common identifier — will be treated as a violation of this policy. cn999 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances, bonuses, or winnings accrued across those accounts pending investigation.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person or allow any other person to access or use your account. cn999 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials. cn999 offers optional SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) for all player accounts. We strongly recommend enabling this feature to add an additional layer of security to your account, particularly if you access cn999 from shared or public devices.

All financial transactions on cn999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). cn999 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion facility is offered on the platform. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred at the point of deposit or withdrawal by their payment provider.

Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits are credited to your cn999 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation from your chosen provider. cn999 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges. All deposited funds must be used for wagering — they cannot be withdrawn immediately after deposit without any corresponding play activity, as this would constitute money laundering.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to account verification status. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Verified accounts can expect withdrawal processing within 1 to 4 hours during normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests submitted during periods of scheduled maintenance may take up to 24 hours.

cn999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳50,000 within any 30-day period. This may include requests for source-of-funds documentation. Such checks are conducted in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) best practices and are not optional.

Anti-Money Laundering

cn999 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. All player accounts are subject to transaction monitoring. Any suspicious activity — including rapid deposit-withdrawal cycles without proportionate wagering, use of multiple payment methods, or patterns consistent with layering or placement — will be reported to the relevant authorities and the account will be suspended pending investigation. Funds implicated in suspected AML activity will be withheld indefinitely.

From time to time, cn999 offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, reload promotions, and seasonal offers to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for that promotion only.

Welcome Bonus

New players who successfully register and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is available to players aged 18 and above who are accessing cn999 for the first time. The bonus is credited as bonus funds and is subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover requirements") before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Failure to complete wagering within the stated period will result in the bonus funds and any winnings derived from them being forfeited automatically.

Bonus Abuse

cn999 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Any player found to be exploiting promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk exposure, or coordinating with other players to abuse referral schemes — will have their account permanently closed and all bonus-derived balances forfeited. cn999's decision on bonus abuse cases is final.

General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except through normal wagering
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, per device, and per payment method
• cn999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice
• In-play or live betting contributions toward wagering requirements may differ from pre-match betting — refer to the specific promotion terms for details
• All bonuses are subject to the 18+ age restriction without exception

By placing a wager or participating in any game on cn999, you accept the rules applicable to that specific product — whether sports betting, live casino, slots, or instant games. The following general rules apply across all product verticals on the cn999 platform.

Sports Betting

cn999 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting on cricket — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — as well as other sports available on the platform. Bets are accepted in BDT at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. cn999 reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) the odds were clearly in error; (b) the event was affected by match-fixing or corruption; (c) a technical fault caused incorrect odds to be displayed; or (d) the event was abandoned or otherwise not completed under the standard rules of the relevant governing body.

Live Casino

Live dealer games on cn999 are powered by certified providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. All game outcomes are determined in real time by physical cards, roulette wheels, or other mechanical elements operated by trained dealers in regulated studios. cn999 is not responsible for interruptions to live game streams caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end. In the event of a confirmed technical failure on cn999's side that disrupts a live game round, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.

Slots & RNG Games

All slot games and RNG-based instant games on cn999 use certified random number generator technology. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is stated in the game's information panel. Slot results are independent of previous rounds — no betting system or strategy can alter the statistical probability of outcomes in RNG games. Minimum bet amounts are denominated in BDT and are displayed within each game interface.

Bet Acceptance

cn999 reserves the right to accept or decline any bet at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason. Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types and are subject to change without notice. Players who are identified as consistently placing bets at the maximum limit may have their individual limits reduced at cn999's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cn999 platform. You agree not to engage in, attempt to engage in, or facilitate any of the following:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to use your account
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at registration or during any subsequent verification process
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit promotions
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches to place bets at incorrect odds or gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or systematic exploitation of promotions that amounts to bonus abuse as defined in Section 5
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live casino, or any other multiplayer game environment
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using cn999 as a vehicle for money laundering
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are not registered in your own name
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or tamper with any cn999 software, game algorithm, or security feature
• Transmitting viruses, malware, or any other harmful code to the cn999 platform or its infrastructure
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cn999 staff, contractors, or other players through any communication channel
• Accessing cn999 from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by local law

cn999 employs real-time fraud detection, behavioural analysis, and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Players identified as engaging in prohibited activity will be notified of the action taken against their account where legally permissible. All decisions made under this section are final and binding.

cn999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, age verification failure, or at the player's own written request.

Voluntary Closure

If you wish to close your cn999 account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to all outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds being resolved. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed before the account is formally closed. Voluntary account closure does not affect your right to re-register in the future, provided all eligibility criteria are met at the time of re-registration.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period through the cn999 account dashboard or by contacting support directly. Self-exclusion is available for periods ranging from 24 hours to permanent. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the chosen period. cn999 will use reasonable technical means to prevent access by self-excluded players; however, players who circumvent these controls by re-registering under a different identity do so in breach of these Terms and any resulting winnings will be forfeited.

Enforcement Closure

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, cn999 may, at its sole discretion:

• Forfeit all bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play
• Withhold real-money balances pending an investigation of the suspected breach
• Return only the verified net deposited amount (excluding bonuses and bonus-derived winnings) to the original payment source
• Report the player's conduct to relevant financial institutions, law enforcement agencies, or gaming regulators where required by law

Platform Changes and Termination

cn999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform — including specific game verticals, payment methods, or the platform in its entirety — at any time and with reasonable notice to registered players where practicable. In the event of platform discontinuation, all verified real-money balances will be returned to players via their registered payment methods within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international online gaming law. cn999 makes no representation that the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for players who access the platform from locations where doing so is prohibited.
